The grieving father, Mohammed Abu Hasaira, says:
“My three children, Karam, Farah, and Alma, were martyred in a moment. They were waiting for me – Karam, Farah, and Alma. They were waiting for me to take them to the city of games, and I promised them that when I return to Gaza. Due to my work, I am absent from Gaza for a whole month, and I return for only four days. Honestly, those are the best four days I live and spend with them, full of laughter, play, and everything sweet. They were my entire life, but unfortunately, joy and happiness have gone, and there is no happy person in Gaza.”
The Palestinian citizen adds: “I experienced a severe shock and lost my balance. I tried to contact them and attempted to convince myself that the news is not accurate, but unfortunately, it was confirmed by several journalists. I completely lost my composure and could no longer stand at all. I raised my hands to the sky and recited prayers to the Almighty, hoping they are well and their injuries are minor. I contacted journalists at Al-Aqsa Hospital because I know some of them, and I have friendships with them.
The Palestinian citizen describes the toughest moments he went through when journalists sent him video clips of the latest cases that were injured and reached Al-Aqsa Hospital: “I received recorded clips and videos of children, and I recognized my daughter Alma in the same blouse she was martyred in. I said, ‘This is my daughter.’ Moments later, another video reached me, and it caused me a great shock; it was of my son Karam, and I told them, ‘This is my son.’ I completely collapsed after these two shocks. Farah and Karam were martyred on 19-10-2023, and Alma was martyred on 23-10-2023.”

كلام الأب المكلوم محمد أبو حصيرة:
استشهد أولادي الثلاثة في لحظة وهم كرم وفرح والما .. كانوا في انتظاري كي أذهب بهم لمدينة الألعاب ووعدتهم بذلك عندما أعود إلى غزة .. أنا بحكم عملي أغيب عن غزة شهرا كاملا وأعود أربع أيام لغزة والحق أنهم أفضل 4 أيام أعيشهم وأقضيها معهم من ضحك ولعب وكل حاجة حلوة .. كانوا حياتي كلها لكن للأسف ذهبت الفرحة والسعادة ولا يوجد شخص سعيد في غزة.
يضيف المواطن الفلسطيني: تعرضت لصدمة عنيفة وفقدت الاتزان وحاولت الاتصال بهم وأحاول أن أصبر نفسي بأن الخبر غير دقيق لكن للأسف أكده عدد من المراسلين الصحفيين .. فقدت اتزاني بشكل كامل ولم أعد قادرا على الوقوف مطلقا ورفعت يدي إلى السماء ورددت أدعية لرب العالمين بأن يكونوا بخير وأن تكون إصاباتهم بسيطة .. تواصلت مع صحفيين في مستشفى الأقصى لأني أعرف بعضهم وتربطني بهم علاقات صداقة.
ويصف المواطن الفلسطيني أصعب اللحظات التي مرت عليه حين أرسل له الصحفيين مقاطع فيديو لآخر الحالات التي أصيبت ووصلت مستشفى الأقصى: وصلتني مقاطع مصورة وفيديو لأطفال وتعرفت على صورة ابنتي «الما» وتعرفت عليها من نفس البلوزة التي استشهد بها .. قولت أن هذه ابنتي .. بعدها بلحظات وصلني فيديو آخر وسبب لي صدمة كبيرة وهو لابني كرم وقولت لهم هذا ابني .. أنهرت تماما بعد هاتين الصدمتين.
استشهدت فرح وكرم يوم 19-10-2023، واستشهدت ألما يوم 23-10-2023.
