بانا إسماعيل الحساينة Bana Ismail Al-Hasayna
The martyr, the child Bana Ismail Al-Hasayna, 3 years old.
Bana was known among her family for her mature mind. She looked older than her age. She was the darling of the house and loved by everyone. The saying “a mature mind in a child’s body” applied to her, with very innocent, childish features. Bana was a very smart and enthusiastic child when she entered the new kindergarten. “I want to write, I want to go to kindergarten quickly,” she said excitedly. Bana was martyred along with her brother and father in a brutal massacre committed by the Israeli occupation forces.

الشهيدة الطفلة بانا إسماعيل الحساينة، 3 سنوات.
عُرفت بانا بين أفرادها بعقلها الراجح، فهي تبدو أكبر من سنها، دلوعة البيت ومحبوبة من الجميع، تنطبق عليها مقولة عقل كبير بجسد طفلة، ملامحها بريئة طفولية جداً، كانت بانا عجولة ذكية جداً على دخولها الروضة الجديدة متحمسة جداً لأنها تقول: “بدي أكتب، بدي أروح على الروضة بسرعة”، قتلت بانا وأخيها وأبيها في مجزرة وحشية على يد جنود قوات الإحتلال الإسرائيلي.
