الهيئة العامة للشؤون المدنية تبلغ وزارة الصحة باستشهاد الشاب منتصر محمد أمين مصطفى سيف (٣٤ عاماً)، متأثراً بجروح أصيب بها برصاص الاحتلال، في بلدة برقة، قضاء نابلس.
وقد نددت هيئة شؤون الأسرى والمحررين إقدام جيش الاحتلال الاسرائيلي صباح اليوم الاحد ١٢/١١/٢٠٢٣، على إعدام الأسير المحرر منتصر سيف، من بلدة برقة قضاء نابلس، والذي أمضى في سجون الاحتلال ( ١٧ عاماً )، وأفرج عنه قبل تسعة شهور.
