Her friend says in a message to us: Banan was one of my best friends. She considered me a sister, mother, friend, and everything in her life. This year we had many dreams, to finish grade 12 with a good grade, and to study a specialty that we love, but the brutal airstrikes took Banan from me, took all of her family, my second family.” “Banan used to send me letters, saying, ‘Come to us. My mother prepared a special meal. I used to visit her every Saturday. But the war broke out before I could visit her. I did not see Banan or say goodbye to her. I still have the painful memory of her beautiful dress, which made me cry every time I saw it.'” Banan was a student in the eleventh grade – Science 1. تقول صديقتها في رسالة لنا: بنان كانت من أعز صديقاتي، تعتبرني الأخت والأم والصديقة، وكل شيء في حياتها. هذه السنة كان لدينا الكثير من الأحلام، أن نُنهي مرحلة التوجيهي بمعدّل جيد، وندرس تخصصًا نحبه، لكن القصف الوحشي أخذ بنان مني، أخذ كل عائلتها، عائلتي الثانية”. “بنان كانت تُرسل لي رسائل، تقول تعالي إلينا، والدتي أعدت غذاءً مميزًا، كنت أزورها كل يوم سبت.. لكن قامت الحرب قبل أن أزورها.. لم أرَ بنان ولم أودّعها، بقيت لدي الذكرى المؤلمة، فستانها الجميل الذي كلّما رأيته أبكاني”. بنان كانت طالبة في الصف الحادي عشر – علمي 1. هذه الصورة آخر صورة في عيد ميلادها الأخير. استشهدت بنان يوم 6 نوفمبر 2023.
