Martyr Sarah Abu Sidou, 16 years old: Sarah was beautiful, educated, and exceptionally ambitious. Her dream was to study entrepreneurship and earn a lot of money. She loved to write, and her words were wonderful and skillful despite her young age. Sarah loved her homeland, the sky, the clouds and the sea. She loved to hear everything sweet and she also loved seahorses. A few days before the war, she was craving a seahorse, but she couldn’t get it because the war came suddenly. Sarah was distinguished by her beautiful, coordinated and clean look. She dreamed of studying abroad, but Sarah traveled to heaven, which she loved so much. Her friend Tala Suarigio said: “I asked Sarah a few hours before her martyrdom about the gift she would give me on my birthday, and I did not get a response, but Sarah came to me in a dream on the night of my birthday.” She gave me something and said: You have conveyed the message, Tala. I am a martyr. My gift was the presence of the person I loved most in heaven…and that was enough to keep me reassured about until the last day of my life.” “On October 31, Sarah, her mother, her brothers Lynn and Ibrahim, and her remaining sisters, Rita and Farah, were martyred. I will meet many people after Sarah, and my relationship with them will end, except for sweet Sarah. “I will always be there, and I will remain attached to her until the last day of my life. Until we meet, Sarah, I love you very much.” Sarah was martyred in an Israeli air strike on October 31, 2023.
الشهيدة سارة أبو سيدو 16 سنة: كانت سارة جميلة ومثقفة وطموحة بشكل استثنائي. كان حلمها هو دراسة ريادة الأعمال وكسب الكثير من المال. كانت تحب الكتابة، وكانت كلماتها رائعة وماهرة رغم صغر سنها. أحبت سارة وطنها السماء والغيوم والبحر. كانت تحب أن تسمع كل شيء حلو وأحبت أيضًا فرس البحر. قبل أيام قليلة من الحرب، كانت تشتهي فرس البحر، لكنها لم تستطع الحصول عليه لأن الحرب جاءت فجأة. وتميزت سارة بإطلالتها الجميلة المنسقة والنظيفة. كانت تحلم بالدراسة في الخارج، لكن سارة سافرت إلى السماء التي عشقتها كثيراً. وقالت صديقتها تالا سواريجيو: “سألت سارة قبل استشهادها بساعات قليلة عن الهدية التي ستقدمها لي في عيد ميلادي، ولم أحصل على رد، لكن سارة جاءتني في المنام ليلة عيد ميلادي”. أهداني شيئا وقال: بلغت يا تالا.. أنا شهيدة. هديتي كانت وجود أكثر شخص أحبه في الجنة.. وكان ذلك كافياً لإبقائي مطمئناً بشأن سارة حتى آخر يوم في حياتي”. “يوم 31 أكتوبر استشهدت سارة ووالدتها وإخوتها لين وإبراهيم وأخواتها الباقيات ريتا وفرح. سأقابل أشخاصًا كثيرين بعد سارة وستنتهي علاقتي بهم إلا سارة الحلوة فهي “سوف أكون هناك دائمًا، وسأظل متعلقًا بها حتى آخر يوم في حياتي. وإلى أن نلتقي يا سارة، أحبك كثيرًا.” استشهدت سارة في غارة جوية إسرائيلية في 31 أكتوبر 2023.
