The martyr, child Tareq Ziyad Hmeidan Abu Omrah, one year old.
A relative wrote:
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. “And never think of those who have been killed in the cause of Allah as dead. Rather, they are alive with their Lord, receiving provision.” (Quran 3:169) The Al-Talbani family extends condolences to brother Ouda Al-Talbani, known as Abu Anas, for the martyrdom of his daughter Hind Ouda Al-Talbani, his son Tareq, and her husband Ziyad Hmeidan Abu Omarah Abu Tareq, due to a ruthless aggression that targeted their home without prior warning. We also offer our condolences to our relatives, the Abu Omarah family. May Allah have mercy on them all. May Allah strengthen your hearts and grant you patience. It is worth noting that brother Abu Anas had previously lost two of his sons, the martyrs Abdulrahman Ouda Al-Talbani and Mohammed Ouda Al-Talbani, along with their mother and children. We belong to Allah, and to Him, we shall return.
Date of martyrdom: October 22, 2023.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم (ولا تحسبن الذين قتلوا في سبيل الله امواتا بل أحياء عند ربهم يرزقون) صدق الله العظيم. تتقدم عائلة التلباني بالتعزية والمواساة من الاخ عودة التلباني ابوانس باستشهاد ابنته هند عودة التلباني وابنها طارق وزوجها زياد حميدان ابوعمرة ابوطارق اثر قصف عدواني غاشم لبيتهم دون سابق انذار كما نتقدم بالتعزية والمواساة لانسبائنا عائلة ابوعمرة رحمهم الله رحمة واسعة ربط الله على قلوبكم وصبركم الله علما ان الاخ ابوانس استشهد له قبل ذلك اثنان من ابنائه الشهيد عبدالرحمن عودة التلباني والشهيد محمد عودة التلباني وزوجته وابنائه جميعا انا لله وانا اليه راجعون.
